Accenture conducted user research to identify Teach First's target audiences for their website, this gave me a strong understanding of the user groups and their needs.
Teach First had three separate websites for their audiences: Charity, Recruitment and Community. We analysed the current site and user needs and created a new site structure; merging the Charity and Recruitment sites. We used card sorting and Treejack by Optimal Workshop to ensure that users would be able to find the content they needed.
Working alongside the content team we defined templates and the components that would make up the templated. We then worked alongside business analysts and the technical team to create rules and requirements for components.
Wireframes were created for both templates and components and interaction and technical requirements were documented.
I worked alongside Music Agency to define and modernise the Teach First brand. The brand was then digitised and applied to the templates and components. Clickable prototypes using Marvel were used to present our progress to key Stakeholders.
Desktop, tablet and mobile component designs were created in Sketch. All components were then uploaded to Zeplin allowing the developers to extract UI assets and elements.
